I ordered on July 5th 2020 and haven't received my merchandise. Not pleased at all
Hi Patricia--We are so sorry to see that you have not received your top. We show that you ordered at 7:51 pm on July 5th and we shipped your order at 10:51 am on July 6th (less than 24 hours later). When tracking your order, it looks like your package reached Jackson, MS on the 10th and it's still in transit. While we wish we had control over USPS delivery unfortunately we do not. We are in the middle of a global pandemic. Packages are being delayed for some customers, unfortunately. We've resent your tracking information so that you can continue to track your package (check spam if you did not receive it). I purchased the black 2 months ago and then I recently purchased the white. I love the feel. It has a smooth soft t-shirt feel to it and it was true to size. I also like that the owner is reachable and resolved my issue with the the discount code even though I missed the deadline.
Wow I absolutely love this top. It's a great quality and very stylish. The shipment took a while to arrive, but I do understand that with covid, shipments are generally taking a while to arrive. I would definitely buy from this company again.
