We take great pride in offering pieces you'll love. Our #1 priority is your happiness. Don't love it? Return it. We are unable to offer refunds; however, we'll be happy to  issue you a digital store credit.
To return your product, please ensure that the garment is unworn, unwashed, tags are still attached, and within the 14 day return period.
Once your return is received, you will be emailed a store credit within 5 business days.

To initiate a return, please visit our returns page to get started. Your order must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. It's encouraged to use a trackable method to return the package as J. Brooks Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Final sale items can not be returned or exchanged. Below is a list of final sale items:

    • Personalized
    • Accessories (belts or jewelry) 
    • Mystery Bags
    • Door-busters
    • Items that are on sale
    • Items marked as final sale

Packages received by our returns department that are postmarked between 15-30 days of delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee for the items that you're returning

Packages received by our returns department that are postmarked after 30 days of delivery will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Unfortunately due to how quickly our items sell out, we are unable to offer exchanges a this time. At the time we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit within 3 days to purchase the size you'd like.

Returns with AfterPay

Please check that your return meets our return policy here. If you are within the return policy, once we receive your order, you will be issued a store credit. Please keep in mind that you are still responsible for finishing payments with Afterpay. If you have a question or concern about your Afterpay order, please contact us at support@jbrooksboutique.com. Do not send returns back to AfterPay.
