We take great pride in offering pieces you'll love. Our #1 priority is your happiness. Don't love it? Return it. We are unable to offer refunds; however, we'll be happy to  issue you a digital store credit.
To return your product, please ensure that the garment is unworn, unwashed, tags are still attached, and within the 14 day return period.
Once your return is received, you will be emailed a store credit within 5 business days.

To initiate a return, please visit our returns page to get started. Your order must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. It's encouraged to use a trackable method to return the package as J. Brooks Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Sale items, storewide sales, and BOGO (buy one get one) sales, items marked final sale, and last chance clearance items are final sale. Returning a final sale item will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Returns with AfterPay

Please check that your return meets our return policy here. If you are within the return policy, once we receive your order, you will be issued a store credit. Please keep in mind that you are still responsible for finishing payments with Afterpay. If you have a question or concern about your Afterpay order, please contact us at support@jbrooksboutique.com.
