Shipping and Returns
Standard orders (with the exception of pre-orders and made-to-order items) ship within 2 business days* and delivered via USPS within 4-7 days after your order has shipped.** A tracking number will be emailed once the order has shipped.
Expedited Domestic Shipping: Overnight and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Overnight and expedited orders placed before 11:00 am EST Monday- Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am or on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays will ship the next business day.
*Pre-orders items are shipped according to the date listed in the product description. Exact shipping time frames can be found in product description.
**International orders will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.
COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATE: Due to limited transportation by most shipping couriers, domestic delivery times may be extended. Unfortunately USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS are third party companies. We have no control over shipping delays once packages have left our warehouse. Express, Priority, and First Class shipping may take an additional 3-5 business days to deliver. Tracking updates may take an additional 4-5 days to update.
We accept returns on most products within 14 days of receipt, on items that are in its original condition, free of stains and fragrances, and have NOT been used/worn or altered, and with ALL tags and/or stickers attached for store credit only. Sale items, mystery bags, accessories, items marked as final sale are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
